Agency is €49/month base — that covers white-label branding, the custom subdomain, the agency dashboard and the pooled AI budget — plus €10/month per active client site. An active client site is simply a connected site that isn't archived. Connect a site and it joins the bill from that day (prorated); archive it and it drops off just as fast. Archived sites stay browsable but are read-only, so you keep the history without paying for dormant clients. Your workspace billing settings always show the current billable count and the projected monthly total, and the Stripe invoice matches it.

Yes. Start free, then upgrade from your workspace settings when you grow — billing is prorated, and adding or removing a writer (Pro) or client site (Agency) adjusts your bill automatically. A Pro workspace can switch to Agency in place, without a new checkout. Change plan or cancel anytime; your content lives in your own Git repo regardless.

The Free plan is the trial: one site, one writer, unlimited readers and approvers, no time limit and no credit card. Use it as long as you like before subscribing.

On Agency, set a logo, name and accent colour for your workspace and per client site — including a separate logo for the dark theme. Editors then see that brand on every screen, on their login page and in every email (login links, review and mention notifications) instead of the PullPress mark. Emails can be sent from your own domain: add it in workspace settings, set the DNS records we show you, and once verified all mail comes from your address. A custom subdomain is included too — pick it in workspace settings and we activate it for you, usually within one business day.

Yes — on Pro and Agency, AI works out of the box on keys we manage: no API accounts to create, nothing to configure. Fair-use budgets apply: Pro includes 200 AI actions (translation, change summaries, quality checks, alt text) per writer per month, pooled across the workspace; Agency includes a pooled 2,000 actions plus 100 AI-generated images per month. Semantic search is included on both without a cap. When a budget runs out, AI pauses until the next month — your admin sees a live usage meter in workspace settings. Prefer your own Anthropic or OpenAI keys? Add them in workspace settings and pay your provider directly, with no platform budget. The Free plan keeps all the core editing and review features; AI is the paid extra.
